The Certified Practitioner Program ( CPKPS ) is designed for educators, parents, and aspiring trainers who want to start teaching speaking-based classes — using their own brand, their own curriculum, and their own direction.

This program focuses on the HOW, not the WHAT.

You will not receive our proprietary teaching modules or branded curriculum.
Instead, you will learn the core principles, facilitation skills, and class mechanics needed to confidently design and run your own speaking programs.

You are fully independent after completion, with no ongoing obligation to us.

Note : You need to submit a 15-min video of yourself conducting a class of minimum 2 kids. This class can be either online or physical class. Submit the video to us via email.

5. Receive Your Certification
You need to submit a 15-min video of yourself conducting a kids public speaking class to a minimum of 2 kids. This can be either an online class or physical class. Upon completion, you will be recognised as a Certified Practitioner , confirming your training in facilitation and teaching fundamentals.

1. Is this a franchise or licensing program?
No.
The Certified Practitioner Program is not a franchise, not a licensing program, and not a membership.
It is a one-time certification program that teaches facilitation principles and class-running fundamentals. You are not required to use our brand or continue with us after completion.

2. Do I get your teaching modules or curriculum?
No.
This program does not include our proprietary curriculum, teaching modules, or branded materials.
You will learn how to design and facilitate your own speaking-based classes, using your own content and approach.

3. Can I use my own brand after I complete the program?
Yes.
You are encouraged to build and operate under your own brand.
The certification does not grant rights to represent our academy or use our name, logo, or curriculum.
4. What does “Certified Practitioner” mean?
Certified Practitioner means you have completed training in:

It confirms your capability, not your affiliation with our brand.
5. Is the 1-Day Workshop recurring or ongoing?
No.
The included 1-Day Workshop is a standalone, event-based experience.

6. Can I teach weekly classes after this program?
Yes — using your own curriculum.
You are free to create and run your own weekly or term-based classes under your own brand, using what you learn in the program.
7. Will I receive ongoing support or coaching?
No.
This program does not include ongoing coaching or personalised support.
However, you may be invited to join a Certified Practitioner Alumni community for announcements and opportunities.
8. How long do I have access to the training?
You receive 1-year access to the pre-recorded training videos.
You can revisit the materials anytime, at your own pace.
9. Is this suitable if I have no teaching experience?
Yes.
The program is designed for beginners as well as experienced educators.
Everything is explained from the ground up, with practical examples you can apply immediately.
10. Can I work with kindergartens after this program?
Yes.
Many practitioners work with kindergartens using their own content.
If you prefer a ready-made system, you may choose to license our Kindy Program separately. This is optional and not included in the Certified Practitioner Program.
11. Does this certification allow me to train or certify others?
No.
This certification does not grant rights to train trainers, certify others, or sublicense the program.
12. What was this program called before?
This program was formerly known as Train-The-Educator (TTE).
The name has changed to better reflect its purpose:
to train independent practitioners, not brand representatives.
13. Is there any ongoing fee after I join?
No.
This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
Any future programs or licenses are optional and offered separately.
14. What if I later want a full system or brand support?
If you decide you want:

15. Can my students join your stage activity outdoor?
No.
These stagetime activities are for students of our franchise partners only. However, there are other instances where we may invite your students on a case-to-case basis ( eg : competitions, brands collaboration, etc ) . We will then update you accordingly.
